Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the policy below:

• Return Eligibility:
  We accept returns on products that have at least 4 months remaining before the best before date.

• Condition of Returns:
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unopened and in its original packaging

We are not able to accept returns of opened bags, but you may be eligible for a refund (or partial) under our Money Back Guarantee.

• Return Process:
   To start a return, please email us at contact@bugbakes.co.uk. and we’ll respond with further instructions.

• Return Shipping:

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refunds issued

·         Cancelling orders:

• If a request to cancel an order is received before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund, including any postage costs.

• Requests for cancellations received before dispatch will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receipt.

• If a request to cancel an order is received after it has been dispatched, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from any refunds issued.

·         Refunds:

o Refunds for orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed within 48 hours.

• All other refunds are dependent on confirmation of receipt at the warehouse and will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
